Loch Insch are to conduct their annual SINGLES TROUT          ANGLING COMPETITION throughout the winter months NOVEMBER to MARCH. Participants may elect any one day of each calendar month to fish, the exception being the last round, which will be the prize giving day on the 1st Sunday in April. It is expected all anglers will compete on that day but exceptions will be made to anglers such as shift and offshore workers who will find that date unsuitable. They will be allowed to complete their league on the nearest possible date before the final day.  To the anglers who do fish on the final day an extra 2lbs will be added to their total score. (This is an incentive for anglers to fish on the final day helping to promote the competition.                                   

After three completed weigh ins (END JAN) the competition will be divided into two divisions.
